Your University email account
As a University of Sunderland Student you have a University of Sunderland email account. This is the only account that can be used to communicate with University staff and all University communication will be sent to this address. You can access your University email from wherever you are by clicking on the student email link at https://my.sunderland.ac.uk.
- Log in with your University User ID and password.
- On first log-in please collect any important welcome messages.
- To help remind you to return books we will send emails to your University email account when items are about to become overdue and also inform you if you have not returned them in time.
Your University Email Address is usually printed on your certificate of enrolment.
If you have not received this information and you are studying at a regional college you should contact the Educational Partnerships Office.
If you have not received this information and you are a student studying through a corporate organisation you should contact your programme leader or your faculty office.
