Join a conversation with us - we want to listen and talk to you about your ideas. We'll then blend them with our expertise to make sure our library services are really what you want them to be.
There are lots of ways you can share your thougths with us and also let us know how we're doing. You can leave feedback in our feedback database, where you also check what other people are thinking and see our responses. Alternatively, you may prefer to get in touch through:

We work closely with other departments within the University to find out about opinions related to the Library so that we may respond accordingly and develop our service. The Market Research Service is a key department which conducts research on the student experience and carries out regular surveys for the University.
