Advice in handing in and collecting your assignments
To ensure your hand-in is quick and stress-free, allow plenty of time to print and submit your work.
Printing facilities will be in high demand and there may be queues to hand in work.
Make sure you have included all pages and any inserts before you hand in your work and have checked and proof read your assignment as once submitted, you cannot amend your work.
You need to complete a Faculty cover sheet for every assignment you hand in at the library. They are available from the library helpdesk.
We will attach the cover sheet to your assignment and this will be time-stamped at the point of hand-in. You will receive a receipt as proof. Please keep your receipt for your records.
Marked assignments will be available for collection from your campus library.
You will need your campus card to collect. If you do not have your campus card, then the stamped receipt from the cover sheet will also be acceptable.
Please inform library staff the module code of the assignment you want to collect.
You must collect assignments in person. We will not post any assignments to you, nor will you be able to find out your mark via telephone or email.
The library will keep your marked assignment for at least 4 weeks. We extend this time during vacation times, such as Christmas, Easter, and Summer.
Please note: a small percentage of assignments will go to external moderation. Your Faculty will have these assignments, not the library.
