Assistive technology

A range of equipment and software is available to assist with your individual study needs. Disabled students and students with SpLDs have priority access to this equipment.

Both The Murray Library and St. Peter's Library have the following technology to support you with your studies.

Dedicated computers with:

  • CCTV text enlarger.
  • SuperNova.
  • Texthelp.
  • ClaroRead Pro.
  • Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
  • Microsoft Office Pro.

Facilities including:

  • Flatbed scanner.
  • Multi-function devices including printing, scan-to-email, and copying - colour/black and white options available with ability to print to coloured paper on request.
  • Braille embosser.
  • HotSpot Fuser (St. Peter's Library only).
