English for Business Studies (EBS) courses

EBS courses are aimed at students who have English as a foreign or second language and whose main programme has a Business focus. These courses are in-sessional modules meaning that they run in term time.

We are offering five-week courses designed to help you develop your English language and academic skills and support you in your main course of study. 

In semester 2 our teaching is divided into two Blocks: Block C and Block D.

In Block C, EBS teaching begins week commencing 24th February and, in Block D, EBS classes will begin week commencing 28th April 2025 . Each course requires you to attend two hours per week, plus an additional 30 minutes is available for tutorials.

You're allowed to choose ONE or TWO courses per teaching block, or a total of four courses per semester.
