We run a variety of skills events to help you complete your assignments and support your research. Keep an eye on this page to stay up to date with the events on offer.
Following current advice, all face-to-face teaching and assessment across our campuses has been suspended. Whilst we are not able to offer face-to-face appointments at this time, we are able to offer appointments via our LiveChat service.
Our Study Support drop-ins are still running online, every Tuesday afternoon 1pm-4pm and every Thursday morning 10am-1pm. You can access up to 10 minutes of guidance at each online drop-in session.

Study Skills Drop-ins - Every Tuesday at The Murray Library Study Skills Room*, 1 pm - 4 pm and every Thursday at the Student Skills Suite St Peter's Library 10 am - 1 pm.
*Our new Study Skills Room is located on the ground floor, next to Syndicate Room 1.
Study Skills Advisers will be available to answer your academic writing questions. Whether you're looking for tips to help your academic writing; revision skills; time management; or even dissertation guidance for those doing dissertations now and those getting ahead and planning for dissertations. Students can access up to 10 minutes of guidance at each Drop-in session which usually lasts for 3 hours.
